Our core business is the maintenance of your common parts of the building. The Cleaners aim to offer regular quality services that allow them to control the sanitation of the site and condominium charges.
From the establishment of the estimate, to the management of the containers through the respect of the specifications of the maintenance of your residence, we have only one obsession: to satisfy our customers.
Due to our responsiveness and our proximity, Les Nettoyeurs undertake to make any living environment as pleasant as possible and in line with the expectations of residents.
Relamping, processing of small daily incidents, acts of vandalism (dirt, graffiti, etc.), we process any report within 72 hours maximum with administrative feedback as a bonus.
Our supervisors are always available for all meetings of the union councils and will carry out "monitoring visits" regularly.

We are working on more and more sites, with practically all the condominium trustees in Montpellier and its surroundings. We have integrated a whole "technical-administrative support" part to improve our communication with our customers, their representatives or our teams. Being available in the technical field, including in meetings, is good, but being effective in communication is even better! 2018, the decision was made to create our own software from scratch, bringing together all the external applications useful to the company, whether technical (transfer of information and customer reports), HR (integration of the electronic time clock, schedules , simulations, maps...),

15 years after its official creation, Les Nettoyeurs manage the cleanliness of 200 sites, including 160 condominiums, and more than 20 head offices of large companies. Several of our historical clients have become friends and potential collaborations are plentiful.
The teams are strong, spread over 3 sectors working in 2 offices (South West, South East and North). 3 heads of sectors manage teams and sites with the help of 2 team leaders and about twenty agents each.
Léon is operating at full speed and is even supplemented by this completely redesigned site at the start of 2023 to integrate "l'Arsenal", Léon's new online store which is now able to meet all product needs. customers as well as teams, and in addition to our services.
